We have access to the local banks, most comprehensive capital sources and a proven deal-closing track record with our multi-billion dollar global partners. Our single focus is making sure that your solar project is financed, built, and operates successfully – for everyone’s benefit.

We pride ourselves in offering best-in-class, US technology, certified solar panels, US made SMART GRID inverters including micro-inverters, financing and co-development partnership arrangements. We use some of the most flexible financing structures in the industry, which means we are able to make projects work that others are not able to. Our partners tell us they choose us because we consistently get the deal done.

Leveraging our deep expertise in project development, underwriting, financing, legal and tax structuring, construction management, and operations, we have successfully developed  in the US many solar power in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Among these are one of the largest single rooftop arrays in Garden Grove, California.

We finance to-be-built projects, and we acquire already-built, operating projects. We have dedicated sponsor equity ready to deploy and are actively looking for opportunities to acquire or co-develop solar projects throughout the Philippines.

Our innovative and creative approach to project development resulted in being the first corporation to install a solar system in the Typhoon Yolanda disaster area in the town of Isabel, Leyte.
